These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of the website quizgpt.site, the QuizGPT browser extension, and all related services (together "QuizGPT" or the "Service") provided by Daverion Digital KLG, Stockenstrasse 1, 8802 Kilchberg ZH, Switzerland (commercial register no. CH-020.2.010.360-8; "we", "us").
By registering, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. Individual written agreements take precedence where they differ.
QuizGPT is an AI-powered assist tool for quiz games (including Kahoot!). The extension may show suggested answers and optional features such as Highlight, Auto-click, Answer Delay, or Incognito Mode.
QuizGPT is not an official product of Kahoot! and has no commercial affiliation with Kahoot! AS. AI-generated answers may be incorrect. Changes to third-party platforms may affect functionality at any time.
We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary for operation.
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is deemed authorized by you unless you prove otherwise.
Use is limited to persons with legal capacity under applicable law. Minors need consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the pricing page and include or exclude taxes as displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. A subscription forms a contract for the selected term and renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
You can cancel at any time as described in section 5. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.
Subscriptions are cancelled through the Stripe customer portal. To open it, go to Settings → Account → Manage subscription in the QuizGPT extension while signed in. A cancellation made in the portal takes effect immediately, and you will receive a confirmation from Stripe.
Please do not cancel by email or through the contact form. Such messages are not processed automatically and may not be answered right away. Your subscription stays active, and continues to renew, until it is cancelled in the Stripe customer portal. If you cannot access the portal, contact us at quizgpt.help@gmail.com and we will help you cancel.
A cancellation stops future renewals. The current paid period is not refunded and remains usable until it ends. Charges for periods that began before you cancelled remain owed.
Before disputing a charge with your bank or card provider (chargeback), please cancel in the portal or contact us so we can resolve the issue. Where legally permitted, we may suspend accounts for unjustified chargebacks and recover the resulting fees.
For digital content and online services that begin with your express consent before any withdrawal period ends, refunds may be limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Goodwill refunds are decided case by case. Temporary outages do not automatically entitle you to a refund if we restore the Service within a reasonable time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Where legally permitted, no refund is owed in that case.
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime. Maintenance, third-party outages (hosting, Stripe, OpenAI, quiz platforms), or force majeure may cause interruptions.
All rights in QuizGPT software, design, brands, and content remain with Daverion Digital KLG or its licensors. You receive a simple, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for the duration of your active account or subscription.
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, incorrect answers, or in-game disadvantages is excluded where mandatory law does not provide otherwise.
QuizGPT is an assist tool. You alone are responsible for complying with game rules, school or event policies, and any sanctions by quiz providers.
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in an appropriate way (e.g. email or website notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Benefits already paid for remain available for the current period.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms stay in force. These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted, Kilchberg ZH or the seat of Daverion Digital KLG. Mandatory consumer protection rules at your place of residence remain reserved.
